What are feeding problems and dysphagia?
Feeding problems in children and infants include:
- nutrition and feeding problems, including problems with breastfeeding
- failure to thrive
- gastro-oesophageal reflux and vomiting or naso-gastric or gastrostomy problems
- reliance on enternal nutrition
Children with dysphagia have difficulty swallowing, which causes significant problems with feeding
How do we help children who have feeding problems and dysphagia?
