AIM training application

Accelerated Implementation Methodology (AIM) is all about change management.

AIM training is a practical guide to managing change by overcoming personal and cultural barriers. It's about learning how to address or remove obstacles that might prevent you from delivering projects on time, in budget and within scope.

Courses run throughout the year at both the Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick and The Children Hospital at Westmead.

Here's a bit of reading about AIM from the NSW Centre for Clinical Innovation (ACI) and a Factsheet.

Approvals: Your application must be approved by your manager or supervisor. Their approval indicates they support the application and approve your attendance. If you are a SCHN participant, projects must be documented in CHARLI prior to applying. If your application is approved, we'll email you.

Cancellations/withdrawals: Please let us know by email 10 days prior to the scheduled course if you can't come. That way we can offer the place to someone on the waiting list.
