Patient Experience Week in pics
During Patient Experience Week we celebrate staff and volunteers across the Network and all of the big and little things they do help improve the daily life of patients and families while they’re in hospital. There’s a range of activities for patients, families, staff and volunteers.
This year we began a three-year campaign called “see you, hear you, be you” and focused on getting a whole lot of comments from patients and families using step-into photo frames and our portable speech bubble.
We know we can’t always fix you (cue Cold Play’s famous song), but understand that sometimes it’s the little things that matter. Like having someone remember your dog’s name that you’re missing so very desperately, or having a chance to play the drums, be a DJ for the day or have your day brightened by visiting The Starlight Room.
Our staff love to see you smile, so here are a few pictures we snapped of you during #PEXmatters.
