Gold Appeal kicks off
The 11th annual Gold Telethon Appeal has officially launched this week, with Channel Nine’s Today show sharing the exciting news on Monday, 18 May.
Gold Appeal will run for three weeks and culminate in a two hour TV special event on Monday 8 June, the Gold Telethon, which will also feature many amazing patient and staff stories. Long-standing campaign of Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation (SCHF), Gold Appeal and Gold Telethon raises important funds for Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick (SCH).
Gold Appeal is looking a little different this year; there are no ribbon cuttings, celebrity visitors or gold decorations lining the corridors, but what hasn’t changed is our commitment to sick kids and the staff who care for them. Together, we can support the 72,000 children who visit our hospital for treatment each year, with funds raised helping us to provide the best possible health care.
