Calling all kids between 8 – 16. We're researching Virtual Reality play!
We're researching Virtual Reality play! Who wants to join in?
A group of researchers at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead and The University of Sydney are running a series of workshops on VR play. The Building Realities project explores how VR could help kids create their own experiences when they are in hospital or having an operation.
Kids get to test drive some VR games and explore making the things they see in the game. The researchers want to find out what works, what doesn't, and why kids make certain decisions or choices in the games.
- It’s free, fun and each workshop runs for about 90 mins.
- If you’re between 8 and 16 years old, come along!
- You don’t need to be a patient of the Hospital, but you will need your parent or carer's consent to join in.
