Ainsworth Building (Building A)

The Ainsworth Building is positioned between the Sydney Children's Hospital and the Prince of Wales Hospital. 

You can enter from:

  • High Street (walk through Sydney Children's Hospital Building C), or
  • the Barker Street carpark area. Entry is through Prince of Wales Hospital. Follow the signs to Sydney Children's Hospital.

Bilima Building (Building B)

The Bilima Building (Building B) is a new building opened in November 2025. 

The main entry is on High Street and Australian animals and birds are used to denote different levels, so look out for the icons as you move about.

The main entry to Building C is from High Street, though you can walk through from the Barker Street carpark by using the Prince of Wales Hospital entrance and following the signs.

Each of our levels have different coloured floors and doors to help you as you move about.

Bright Alliance Building

The Bright Alliance is on the corner of High Street and Belmore Road. Enter the building from the forecourt and use the lifts.
