As a paediatric health service network, the Sydney Children's Hospitals Network always aims to be safer, smarter and stronger. A way we do that is by collecting feedback and seeing where we are succeeding and where we are improving.

People Matter Employee Survey

NSW Health conducts the People Matter Employee Survey every year. The latest results of the public sector survey can be found on the NSW Health website. Feedback from these surveys is used to develop strategic priorities to positively influence the workplace culture within our network.
