The Feeding Guide does not collect, store or share any user personal information. The App may collect information for the purposes of managing subscriptions including purchase history and device information. If any information is collected it will not be disclosed to any external parties unless required by law.

We will retain user data for as long as users maintain an account or as otherwise necessary to provide access to our services. We will also retain user data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

App distribution platforms (Apple AppStore and Google PlayStore) may collection user information such as user ID and account details, email address, purchase history, and payment information. Please refer to Apple AppStore and Google PlayStore for further information.

Privacy practices of linked websites

The Feeding Guide app contains links to other third party sites.  The State of NSW is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties nor for the material contained in any websites that is linked to this site.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The State of NSW reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time.

Security

The SCHN applies a range of security controls to protect the App from unauthorised access.  However, users should be aware that as the worldwide web is an insecure public network which gives rise to a potential risk, a user’s interactions may be viewed, intercepted or modified by third parties.

SCHN accepts no liability for any interference with or damage to a user’s smart device, software or data occurring in connection with or relating to this App.  Users are encouraged to take appropriate action to protect their device from viruses or other contamination.
