AAV Gene Therapy Education program
The Adeno-associated virus (AAV) Gene Therapy Education program is a free education package designed to increase the knowledge and confidence of professionals, including nurses, pharmacists, junior medical officers, staff specialists, allied health workers, medical students and management who:
- may be involved in delivering AAV gene therapy
- are caring for patients who receive AAV gene therapy
- have a general interest in AAV gene therapy
This education package was developed by the Kids Advanced Therapeutics program, funded by a Pfizer global grant. Pfizer were not involved in any aspect of content creation or delivery.
Accessing the program
Log into Education hub
Our program can only be accessed through our Education website.
Log in using your email address and password. Select 'Forgot Password?’ if you are unable to remember your password. You will receive an email prompting you to create a new password.

Navigate to the program
Once you logged in, navigate to the 'Catalogue' and look for the course titled, 'AAV Gene Therapy Education Program'.
Select on the course title to view more details.
Enrol in the program
Once navigated to the program, you will need to enrol in the course. To do this, select the 'Enrol' button.
When you enrol in a course, it will appear in your enrolled programs, found under 'Programs'.
Technical setup
You may need to allow your internet browser to set up third party cookies. This will support the program's performance and your learning experience.
