Eating disorders inpatient handbook CHW

We provide a supportive, evidence-based approach to the treatment of young people with eating disorders. 

We value communication between our professionals and the family and bring advice from the Department of Psychological Medicine, Department of Adolescent Medicine and others. Our programs are available at The Children’s Hospital Westmead. We also run the Eating Disorder Intensive Program at Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick.

The eating disorder team will help you identify your needs and provide advice on supporting your child. You will be involved in the treatment process as better outcomes are achieved with family participation.
