Preparing your team
What's next?
As we approach the opening of the Bilima Building at the end of 2025, we are committed to supporting staff through:
- Commissioning: Super Users have been named to assist each work area with operational readiness
- Change and transformation: Staff have been developing models of care to ensure a seamless transition
- Workplace project user groups: Guiding new ways of working in flexible, collaborative spaces
- Consumer engagement: The Community and Consumer Advisory Committee (CCAC) has provided valuable input from day one.
