The Western Sydney Genetics Program (WSGP) is a multidisciplinary, state-wide clinical and research program based primarily at The Children's Hospital at Westmead. It focuses on providing state-wide diagnostic services and clinical care for children and young people with genetic conditions.

Their research aims to translate the recent genomics and precision medicine revolution into transformative paediatric medical care, broadly including advanced therapy clinical trials, healthcare implementation science, novel disease gene discovery and rare disease diagnosis.

The program works in strong collaboration with many organisations including the Children’s Medical Research Institute, Sydney Health Partners and Luminesce Alliance.
