Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP is a confidential support service for employees facing work, personal, or family issues that impact workplace performance.

TELUS Health is our external provider, available 24/7 through our Wellbeing Platform for counselling and wellbeing resources.

Counselling

You can access up to 4 sessions per year.

Counselling options include:

  • face-to-face
  • telephone
  • video call
  • app chat messaging.

What you can discuss

You can discuss any psychological concerns, including:

  • feelings of isolation
  • mental or physical health issues
  • work-related changes
  • family or relationship problems
  • financial difficulties, and more.

EAP also offers support in various areas:

  • supervision and coaching
  • nutrition counselling
  • sleep management
  • legal referrals
  • drug and alcohol support.

You can find self-help tools and resources on our Wellbeing Platform, including:

  • articles, e-books, quizzes and self-assessments
  • self-guided programs
