Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP is a confidential support service for employees facing work, personal, or family issues that impact workplace performance.
TELUS Health is our external provider, available 24/7 through our Wellbeing Platform for counselling and wellbeing resources.
Counselling
You can access up to 4 sessions per year.
Counselling options include:
- face-to-face
- telephone
- video call
- app chat messaging.
What you can discuss
You can discuss any psychological concerns, including:
- feelings of isolation
- mental or physical health issues
- work-related changes
- family or relationship problems
- financial difficulties, and more.
EAP also offers support in various areas:
- supervision and coaching
- nutrition counselling
- sleep management
- legal referrals
- drug and alcohol support.

You can find self-help tools and resources on our Wellbeing Platform, including:
- articles, e-books, quizzes and self-assessments
- self-guided programs
- on-demand videos and podcasts
- referrals to community resources.
