Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available for patients and families within the Hospitals free of charge. 

Select _HealthGuestWiFi_SCH for Randwick or _HealthGuestWiFi_CHW for Westmead on your device, and follow the prompts.

Phones

You can make free calls from the bedside phone to any Australian landline or mobile phone. The staff will give you the dialling codes to make free calls when you arrive at the ward.

Mobile phone use in the unit may interfere with medical equipment in some cases. If you would like to use your mobile phone, please ask nursing staff first as there are some areas where this could be a problem.

Please be respectful of other patients and families by keeping your phone calls brief and please do not make calls from the ward after 8pm.

Public phones at Randwick

Public phones can be found at the northern end of the main corridor on Level 0 in Building C, and the Prince of Wales Hospital foyer (Barker Street).

Public phones at Westmead

A public phone can be found on Level 2 at Banksia Building, next to the Cashier.

ATMs

ATMs at Randwick

There are 3 ATMs available:

• High Street entrance of Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick, opposite Admissions and next to Pharmacy
• The Prince of Wales Hospital, High Street entrance
• The Prince of Wales Hospital foyer, Barker Street entrance, opposite the car park lifts. 

ATMs at Westmead

An ATM is available in the galleria on Level 2 at Banksia Building.
