Safe storage of medication
Young children are inquisitive and will often put things in their mouths before you have the chance to supervise what they are doing.
Keep all medicines, vitamins and supplements out of sight and reach of children — ideally in a high cupboard or locked cabinet.
Store medicines in a cool, dry place, away from heat and sunlight. Most should be kept below 25°C. Some liquids or injections may need refrigeration — always check with your doctor or pharmacist.
