Accessing services for parents and children

Sometimes

Children and teenagers want to seek information on their own.

This is healthy and encouraged.

If you’re a parent, it can be hard to know where to start finding help and support for mental health concerns. The good news is, you’re not alone- there are many services and supports available for you and your child.

If you or your child are having suicidal thoughts or believe anyone is at immediate risk of harm, call Triple Zero (000) or visit any hospital emergency department.

Regardless of where you are on your mental health journey, these services are available for a wide range of mental health support. Make the call and seek the help you or your child need.
