Managing cancer as a family

A cancer diagnosis brings changes for the whole family. Each family will have different ways to cope with stressful experiences. 

Being a child with cancer is a painful and challenging experience to go through. They are scared, unwell and coping with side effects of treatment. Many families have told us about feeling fear, anger, depression and guilt.  

Talking to friends and family, a member of your care team or another parent going through the same thing can be helpful.
